La Villa

Luxurious villa with a beautiful swimming pool located in a spectacular position in front of the famous Cala Rotonda.
The villa is surrounded by one hectare of palms, olive trees and Mediterranean garden.
The villa can guest up to 6 people with 3 comfortable double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) living room and kitchen. Outside, more than 200 square meters of living space, 2 patios, relax zone and a barbecue. First floor: another double bedroom with bathroom en-suite facing a large terrace with a stunning view over Cala Rotonda, Marettimo Island and Punta Sottile lighthouse.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and beautiful 'Tufo' stones beds. Two bedrooms can have two single beds each or king size ones, upon requests.
The villa is fully equipped with top brands appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, combo oven, mixer, etc), dishes and sheets, together with outside furniture, sun beds, hammocks.
Hot water is available in the beautiful garden shower too.
The villa is located in a dominant position, with a stunning 360 degree view and one of the most dramatic sunset you can dream of! If you fancy star-watching you would find also a powerfull binocular and a telescope too!
Cala Rotonda, with its 3 small stones beaches, the beautiful water color, caves and rocks, is literally few metres away (4-5 minutes' walk distance from home). Besides its beauties, Cala Rotonda is also well known to be well protected by most winds, so that you can enjoy it every day.
All the other famous places and 'Cala' are easily reachable by car, scooter or bicycles within minutes.
